lululemon athletica Sagemore will be hosting free community yoga classes every Sunday, 9:30-10:30am through November.  Classes are all levels, all you have to do is show up and bring some food donations with you!

About the teachers: 

Brittany Wallrath


Brittany Wallrath, RYT, began practicing yoga as a way to ease pain in her neck and shoulders due to a car accident. Yoga quickly turned into a passion and in 2010 she enrolled in a Hatha yoga course at Temple University. She began her teacher training with YogaFit and started teaching right away to family and friends. She completed her 200 hours of Vinyasa yoga training through Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia, PA. Her passion and love for yoga comes from the inspiration, relaxation and inner-knowledge it brings. Brittany encourages her students to find the mind body connection through their practice. Always a student of yoga, Brittany continues to educate herself through various workshops and teacher training events.  Brittany's classes are fun and vigorous while being accessible to all.    www.yogawithbrittany.com


Meg Zirm Everingham 



Classically trained in ballet, Meg Zirm Everingham translates her love of movement to teaching Pilates, yoga & barre classes.  A student of yoga & Pilates for 15 years, she approaches wellness through a mind-body approach.  Her studies in Ayurveda and nutrition compliment this holistic lifestyle.  Meg strives to empower her clients through mind-body movement & wellness.  

Meg lives in Collingswood, NJ and teaches Pilates, yoga & barre classes & workshops in southern NJ & retreats.  She is based out of Pilates Core Center in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Meg also specializes in in-home and virtual sessions. www.yogalina.net


Allegra Tiver


Allegra Tiver, RYT200, has more than 12 years experience practicing Vinyasa yoga, and acknowledges her practice as an access to self-discovery. An adventurer and writer, Allegra views yoga as a perfect complement to exploration and a powerful access to creativity. She believes yoga offers a means to experience life in a more balanced way and encourages students to recognize how their practice on the mat offers invaluable insight in handling their lives off the mat. Allegra currently teaches at three studios in Gloucester County - Laughing Buddha, Fitness Yoga and Pink Lotus - and has developed and taught class series for children dealing with behavioral challenges, 'tweens handling big transitions, at-risk teenagers dealing with the coming-of-age process and artists. When not practicing, teaching or studying yoga, Allegra enjoys hiking in beautiful spots around the tri-state region, planning upcoming adventures, absorbing all-things-art, and sharing quality time with family/friends. With B.A. degrees in Journalism and French from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Allegra is committed to pairing her writing/social media skills with her passion for yoga to transform lives.



Thais Guimaraes

Thais Guimaraes is a registered yoga teacher with lineage in power and Kripalu yoga, and is currently attaining her health coach certification at Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is avid meditator with a passion for words, food and all things chocolate. People often forget how abundant love is in this world and she hopes to inspire people to keep a clear heart and open mind.
